Video Formats and Qualities:
- BluRay: High-quality rip from a Blu-ray disc.
- WEBRip: Extracted from streaming services like Netflix or Amazon, usually good quality.
- WEB-DL: Direct download from a web source, often higher quality than WEBRip.
- HDRip: Rip from a High Definition source, generally lower quality than BluRay or WEB-DL.
- DVDRip: Rip from a DVD, lower quality compared to BluRay.
- HDTVRip: Video recorded from an HDTV broadcast. Generally quality is good as it is sourced from high-definition television.
- HDTV: Refers to video originally broadcast in high definition, usually 720p to 1080p.
- TV-DL: Video downloaded directly from a network's online service or official streaming platform. Typically higher quality than HDTVRips.
- PreDVD: Early release before the official DVD, often lower quality.
- S-Print: Screener Print, used for promotional purposes, quality varies.
- HDTS (HD TeleSync): Recorded in theaters with external audio sources, quality can be poor.
- Upscaled: Lower resolution video artificially increased to a higher resolution.

- AAC 2.0/5.1/7.1: Advanced Audio Codec, with different channels for stereo (2.0/2CH), surround sound (5.1/6CH), and advanced surround (7.1/8CH).
- DD/AC3 2.0/5.1: Dolby Digital, common surround sound format, stereo (2.0) and surround (5.1) versions.
- DDP/E-AC3 2.0/5.1: Enhanced AC-3, improved version of Dolby Digital.
- DTS: Digital Theater Systems, high-quality surround sound format.
- OPUS: Modern, high-efficiency codec for both low and high bitrates.
- DTS-HD MA: DTS High Definition Master Audio, lossless audio format.
- TrueHD: Dolby TrueHD, lossless audio format.

Subtitles:
- ESub: Embedded Subtitles, integrated within the video file. Nowadays ESub generally means English Subtitles.
- MSubs: Multi-language Subtitles, offering subtitles in multiple languages.
- HC-Sub: Hardcoded Subtitles, permanently integrated into the video and cannot be turned off.
- SDH: Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, including non-dialogue info like sound effects and speaker identification.
- Forced Subtitles: Subtitles that automatically appear when dialogue or text is in a different language from the main audio track, providing necessary translation or context.
